The October board of directors meeting was held on October 27, 2025. Below are community information and decisions made by the board.
- Treasurer Report
- The community is on track for expenses and reserves to be within budget for 2025.
- 2026 Budget Meeting, 2025 Annual/Election Membership Meeting and Board of Directors Organizational Meeting
- The meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 17th starting at 6:00 pm.
- The meeting will be held at the Lake Mary Senior Center at 911 Wallace Court, Lake Mary, FL 32746
- All homeowners are encouraged to submit your proxy to Eufemia if you are unable to attend.
- Fencing around the Conservation Area
- Fencing around the conservation area is scheduled to start the second week of November.
- New Reserve Study
- The new reserve study is scheduled to start at the end of November 2025.
- Common Area Parking Committee and stenciling of STOP at intersections
- The board formed a committee of board members and home owners to evaluate parking in the common areas around the clubhouse.
- The board voted to ‘not’ stencil STOP on the streets at the Sandstone/Travertine 3-way stop intersections and the Limestone/Travertine 2-way stop intersection.
- The contract with the Sanford Police Department will be finalized in early November. Once complete, the Sanford Police Department will be patrolling our community and issue citations for traffic violations within the community – such as speeding and failing to stop at the stop signs.
- Management Committee
- First Service Residential will continue as the property management company for the community.
- More information to follow as the contract is finalized.
- Social Committee – Garage Sale
- A big thanks to the community to contributing to the success of the garage sale!
- In addition to the resident’s selling their treasures, we had lemonade stands, cookie stands and popcorn given away to everyone who attended.
- Social Committee – Other Community Activities
- Veterans Day – November 11th – A ceremony for veterans will be held at the clubhouse on November 11th at 11:00 am. Coffee and donuts will be served after the ceremony.
All residents are encouraged to attend to the recognize all veterans and active-duty service members in our community.
- Southern Holiday Gathering – The holiday gathering will take on a southern BBQ theme this year. The gathering will be held on Saturday, December 13th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Make plans to enjoy the fun!
- 2026 Fourth of July celebration – The Social Committee is in the planning stages for a community celebration to recognize the 250th birthday of the United States.
Next Board Meeting
- The next Board Meeting will be held as part of the annual meeting on Monday, November 17th 6:00 pm at the Lake Mary Senior Center.
Next ARC Meeting
- The date of the next ARC Meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 10th.

- Comité de estacionamiento de áreas comunes y plantilla de STOP en las intersecciones
- La junta formó un comité de miembros de la junta y propietarios de viviendas para evaluar el estacionamiento en las áreas comunes alrededor de la casa club.
- La junta votó para ‘no’ hacer STOP en las calles en las intersecciones de paradas de 3 vías de Sandstone / Travertine y la intersección de paradas de 2 vías de Limestone / Travertine.
- El contrato con el Departamento de Policía de Sanford se finalizará a principios de noviembre. Una vez completado, el Departamento de Policía de Sanford patrullará nuestra comunidad y emitirá citaciones por infracciones de tránsito dentro de la comunidad, como exceso de velocidad y no detenerse en las señales de alto.

- First Service Residential continuará como la empresa de administración de propiedades para la comunidad.

- Comité Social – Venta de Garaje
- ¡Muchas gracias a la comunidad por contribuir al éxito de la venta de garaje!
- Además de que los residentes vendían sus tesoros, teníamos puestos de limonada, puestos de galletas y palomitas de maíz regalados a todos los que asistieron.
- Comité Social – Otras Actividades Comunitarias
- Día de los Veteranos – 11 de noviembre – Se llevará a cabo una ceremonia para veteranos en la casa club el 11 de noviembre a las 11:00 am. Se servirá café y donas después de la ceremonia.
Se alienta a todos los residentes a asistir para reconocer a todos los veteranos y miembros del servicio activo en nuestra comunidad.
- Reunión navideña del sur : la reunión navideña tendrá un tema de barbacoa sureña este año. El encuentro se llevará a cabo el sábado 13 de diciembre de 1:00 p.m. a 4:00 p.m. ¡Haz planes para disfrutar de la diversión!
- Celebración del Cuatro de Julio de 2026 – El Comité Social está en las etapas de planificación para una celebración comunitaria para reconocer el 250 aniversario de los Estados Unidos.
Próxima reunión de la Junta
- La próxima reunión de la Junta se llevará a cabo como parte de la reunión anual el lunes 17 de noviembre a las 6:00 pm en el Centro para Personas Mayores de Lake Mary.
Próxima reunión de ARC
- La fecha de la próxima reunión de ARC está programada para el lunes 10 de noviembre.
