New Parking Regulations

Important information regarding street parking enforcement. Earlier this month every owner was mailed a notice regarding the parking restrictions in the Greystone community. At the Board of Directors meeting the board passed a new parking restriction for the community. This new regulation applies to everyone, owner, renters and all visiting guest. We initially set the start date for March 1st, tomorrow. The signs have gone up in the community and we are asking everyone to start following the new regulation. We will start towing cars on March 8th. This gives everyone time to get familiar with the new regulation and where the designated street parking is permitted.

PARKING REGULATION IS AS FOLLOWS; STRETT PARKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET WHERE THERE IS AN EXISTING CURB AND SIDEWALK.

This means that if there is no sidewalk to park next to, you can not park there. On Coquina there is one side designated for parking as that street has sidewalks on both sides of the street. Be cautions and pay attention to the signage so that you are parked on the designated side of the street. In addition to this you may not block any driveway.

Please continue to follow all other street parking regulations. Do not park in the mail kiosk spaces that are designated for mail pick-up. All areas that have signage will be enforced by Sanford Towing.
We will not place notice of towing on vehicles prior to towing. If you violate the parking regulation you will be subject to towing at the vehicle owners expense.
The towing company will be in here doing random inspections to look for violations. Owners please talk to your tenants and all residents talk to guest visiting you. We do not want to see anyone towed.

Our goal here is to ensure the safety of our residents and to allow safe passage on our streets for all types of vehicles, most importantly, emergency vehicles. If you have any questions please email me and I will be happy to go over the regulations with you.
