Please be advised that the HOA has contracted with a new towing company OTC (Off The Chain). All parking rules will be enforced unless the vehicle owner has a current permission slip for parking from management and Nolands Roofing. All cars will be towed at owners expense. No one other than management and the Board of Directors may call a vehicle in for towing. If you would like to make us aware of a situation please send an email with a location and description of the vehicle in violation. THIS COMPANY WILL TOW AT WILL. This means they will drive through the community periodically and check to see if there are cars parked illegally. The cars will be towed without warning. If you come out to find your car missing, then you need to contact the towing company. Management nor the Board of Directors can get your car back for you. Talk to your neighbors and guest. Our goal is to get cars parking where the designated spaces are in order to keep our streets open and allow emergency vehicles to easily pass.
