I hope this post finds you well during these uncertain times. I have a few reminders I want to share.
1. HOA payments can still be dropped off at the clubhouse office in the white drop box. It is secure and checked every day. In addition to the drop box you can mail payments in to the FirstService Po Box and make electronic payments.
2. Street parking is still being enforced. I know of three cars towed since using this new company. I drove through the community yesterday and saw two cars parked on the wrong side of the street. Please follow all parking rules. I know there are more cars home during the day and therefore more in the street. It is important to keep our streets clear for emergency vehicles at all times.
3. We are trying our best to keep up with the “new normal”. That being said when out in the community please be mindful of all residents and practice social distancing at all times. That includes interactions with board members, management and vendors still working on the property.
4. Due to the state wide stay at home order we will not hold a April Board of Directors Meeting. We will update everyone once normal meetings resume.
5. As most of you have seen the Sandstone gate was damaged. It will be back up by the weekend. I am very happy to report that we have all the footage and we will recover the cost.
