IN PERSON MEETING CLOSED TO PUBLIC, VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION ENCOURAGED
At the continued direction of National CDC and Florida State Guidelines, the monthly HOA Board of Directors Meetings will continue and June’s in-person meeting is limited to the HOA board members only, with live virtual participation through Zoom. During the COVID-19 pandemic, no more than 50% seating capacity (16 persons) are permitted in the clubhouse. Board Members will maintain no less than six feet distance between seats. A “reasonable necessity to protect the health, safety, and welfare” of the association owners, residents, and guests is in order. Florida Statutes provide that an association may conduct a virtual meeting under these extreme conditions.
Homeowners may participate through the Zoom application (Homeowners please send email request to Shannon.Shaffer@fsresidential.com for instructions). The meeting will continue to have a note-taker and meeting notes will be made available to homeowners within 48 hours after the meeting. The Board will conduct general business.
The Board is also looking for anyone that would be interested in holding an office on the Board of Directors of Greystone Town Homes HOA. A position is becoming available and if you would be interested in contributing to the community by holding a position on the Board, please complete the application and return the form to Shannon Shaffer in the Greystone office or by email at Shannon.Shaffer@fsresidential.com. The Board also encourages your general questions and concerns regarding the community be sent to Shannon Shaffer. Please submit the candidate forms and any questions for the Board at least 24 hours in advance of the June 22nd, 2020 6:30 pm meeting. Your questions will be added to the agenda.
We appreciate your understanding regarding the virtual meeting and look forward to your participation.
“Stay Home, Stay Safe and Stay Strong”.
