NOTICE TO ASSOCIATION MEMBERS OF ANNUAL/ELECTION MEMBERSHIP MEETING, BOARD OF DIRECTORS ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING AND BUDGET 2022 MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Greystone Town Homes Owners’ Association, Inc. will be held at the following date, time and place:

Date:  Tuesday, October 26, 2021       

Time:   6:00 PM – Registration Begins 

Place:  Lake Mary Community Center 

140 E. Wilbur Avenue

Dear Homeowner,
You should be receiving your Budget 2022 Notice in the mail and the 2021 Annual Meeting Notice is in the process of being mailed now.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

The Annual Membership Meeting and Election of Directors of Greystone Town Homes Owners’ Association, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 6:00 PM at the Lake Mary Community Center, Located at 140 E. Wilbur Avenue, Lake Mary, Florida 32746. The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors and to conduct any other association business. 

There are five positions on the Board of Directors that are up for Election. Any homeowner desiring to be listed as a candidate on the election ballot must submit written notice to the Community Association Manager stating their intent to do so. For your convenience, a Notice of Intent to be a Candidate form and a Candidate Information Sheet are enclosed. 

Please mail or email your completed Notice of Intent to the management office using the contact information below. All Notices must be submitted to the management office no later than 5 PM on Friday, October 22, 2021. A Candidate Information Sheet is optional but, if provided, should be submitted along with your Notice of Intent. Late submissions of either document will not be accepted. Please do not enclose election materials with payments or any other items that may result in a delay in the timely receipt of these materials. 

In order for the Annual Meeting and Election to be held, a quorum of the members must be present either in person or by Proxy. The quorum requirement for Greystone Town Homes is 1/3 of the 331 members which is 110 members.
