The mulch is being delivered on June 3rd at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. Each townhome plant beds (front and back) will be receiving mulch unless otherwise specified in writing via email to Eufemia.Roche@fsresidential.com.
If you do not want mulch, you MUST communicate with me before Friday, May 24th, 2024. The NO MULCH list will go to Nature’s Care several days before installation. No mulch bags will be delivered to driveway locations for self-installation.
If you want your mulch removed before new mulch is installed, removing existing mulch is the responsibility of the homeowner and will need to be completed by Saturday, June 1st, 2024.
The mulching of the community will take only a few days and we appreciate your patience throughout this project.
Please do not park in the parking spots next to the clubhouse on Slate Cove as the mulch will be delivered to this area on Friday, May 30th, 2024.
It is the HOA responsibility to mulch the entire community per the documents (CC&R’s). Mulching the community keeps the community looking uniform and aesthetically pleasing.
Section 11.1.3 Lawn Maintenance by Association. The Association shall perform the following maintenance to each Lot: cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, mulching, and fertilizing, provided that such responsibility shall be limited to the Lot as originally constructed and shall exclude Improvements, whether authorized or not, which are installed by the Lot owner or lawful resident. El mantillo se entregará el 3 de junio a las 7:00 a.m., si el clima lo permite. Los lechos de plantas de cada casa adosada (frente y posterior) recibirán mantillo a menos que se especifique lo contrario por escrito por correo electrónico a Eufemia.Roche@fsresidential.com.
Si no quieres mantillo, DEBES comunicarte conmigo antes del viernes 24 de mayo de 2024. La lista SIN MANTILLO se enviará a Nature’s Care varios días antes de la instalación. No se entregarán bolsas de mantillo a las ubicaciones de las entradas para su autoinstalación.
Si desea que se retire el mantillo antes de instalar un nuevo mantillo, la eliminación del mantillo existente es responsabilidad del propietario y deberá completarse antes del sábado 1 de junio de2024.
El acolchado de la comunidad tomará solo unos días y agradecemos su paciencia a lo largo de este proyecto.
No estacione en los lugares de estacionamiento junto a la casa club en Slate Cove, ya que el mantillo se entregará en esta área el viernes 30 de mayo de 2024.
