Work will be completed on your street in the following phases. MAP IS BELOW. (Weather Conditions May Delay Progress)
Phase 1 & 2 – TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH THROUGH WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH
Phase 3 – WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH THROUGH THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH
Phase 4 – THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH THROUGH FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH
•During the process, each Phase will be completed in sections which will be closed off to traffic. Please be vigilant of Crew and closures which will be visible. Each section will take at least a 1 1/2 hrs (due to weather conditions) to cure and if you are in a section where the asphalt is being laid, you will have to adhere to the wait time. There will be Onsite guidance during this process. If your area has been completed, please refrain from parking on the street and limit your entry/exit to your driveway until your entire phase is completed. NO VEHICLE will be allowed to park on the street in Phase 1 and Phase 2 INCLUDING THE GUEST PARKING AREAS. Any vehicle left in these areas will be towed immediately.
•The HOA is working closely with the contractor to adhere to this schedule, however, be advised there could be a change to the start and completion of any area. We will notify all residents of changes, please look for emails from Greystone Management to stay updated.
•Please be aware if you have a vehicle that at any time leaks oil on the new asphalt you will be held financially responsible for any damages.
Remember this project is to enhance the property and should look that way.
•Both Trash Pickup and Recycling Services have been cancelled for 11/14, 11/15 and 11/17.
•Please use extreme caution when driving through the community. You may encounter raised manholes and uneven pavement.

AVISO DE COLOCACIÓN DE ASFALTO DE GREYSTONE
Los trabajos se completarán en su calle en las siguientes fases. EL MAPA SE ADJUNTA AL FINAL DE EL MENSAJE.
Fase 1 y 2 – MARTES 14 DE NOVIEMBRE AL MIÉRCOLES 15 DE NOVIEMBRE
Fase 3 – MIÉRCOLES 15 DE NOVIEMBRE AL JUEVES 16 DE NOVIEMBRE
Fase 4 – JUEVES 16 DE NOVIEMBRE AL VIERNES 17 DE NOVIEMBRE
• Durante el proceso, cada Fase se completará en tramos que serán cerrados al tráfico. Por favor, esté atento a la tripulación y a los cierres que serán visibles. Cada sección tardará al menos 1 1/2 horas (debido a las condiciones climáticas) en curarse y si se encuentra en una sección donde se está colocando el asfalto, deberá cumplir con el tiempo de espera. Habrá orientación in situ durante este proceso. Si su área ha sido completada, absténgase de estacionarse en la calle y limite su entrada / salida a su camino de entrada hasta que se complete toda su fase.
NO se permitirá que VEHICALE estacione en la calle en la Fase 1 y Fase 2, INCLUIDAS LAS ÁREAS DE ESTACIONAMIENTO PARA INVITADOS. Cualquier vehículo que se deje en estas áreas será remolcado de inmediato.
•La Asociación de Propietarios está trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el contratista para cumplir con este cronograma, sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que podría haber un cambio en el inicio y finalización de cualquier área. Notificaremos a todos los residentes de los cambios, busque los correos electrónicos de Greystone Management para mantenerse actualizado.
•Tenga en cuenta que si tiene un vehículo que en cualquier momento pierde aceite en el asfalto nuevo, será financieramente responsable de cualquier daño.
Recuerde que este proyecto es para mejorar la propiedad y debe verse de esa manera.
•Los servicios de recolección y reciclaje de basura han sido cancelados para el 14/11, el 15/11 y el 17/11.
•Tenga mucho cuidado al conducir por la comunidad. Es posible que encuentre alcantarillas elevadas y pavimento irregular.
