RE: PARADISE LAWNS & LANDCAPING
As you may have seen, PARADISE LAWNS & LANDSCAPING, the new landscaping company, has been mowing the community yesterday and today. We are pleased to introduce the company and look forward to seeing some positive results in the beauty of the community. Throughout the month we will be evaluating and repairing areas of the irrigation system. We will be announcing some fertilization/pesticide dates and are looking to do some landscape enhancements to our entrances.
Please understand that we will be going through a learning curve with the new company as they become familiar with the community. We appreciate your patience.
I have attached some landscaping tips and suggestions for Greystone owners as you may want to enhance some of your personal property as well. Paradise Lawns is happy to work with you on the enhancements that you may want to plant.
Paradise Lawns has a web portal for Work Order Submissions. Please log onto www.paradiselawnsfl.com. In the top green line, click on Work Order Submission. Please read and scroll to click Yes that you are a current customer. Select Greystone as your Property and then complete and submit your request. I will be copied by Paradise to monitor the requests.
