Greystone Monthly HOA Board of Directors Meetings Resume May 18th, 2020 6:30 pm, CLOSED TO PUBLIC.

 At the at the direction of National CDC and Florida State Guidelines, the monthly HOA Board of Directors Meeting will resume and this meeting is closed to the public.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, no more than 25% seating capacity (12 persons) are permitted in the clubhouse.  Participants should maintain no less than six feet distance between seats.  A “reasonably necessity to protect the health, safety, and welfare” of the association owners, residents, and guests is in order. Florida Statutes provide that an association may conduct a closed meeting under these extreme conditions.  The meeting will have a note-taker and meeting notes will be made available to homeowners within 48 hours after the meeting. The Board will conduct general business.  The Board encourages your general questions and concerns regarding the community be sent to SunDay Wright at sunday.wright@fsresidential.com at least 24 hours in advance of the May 18th, 2020 6:30 pm meeting. Your questions will be added to the agenda.  Thank you for your understanding.
