The Board of Directors had an early meeting the month of September.  This mid-September Newsletter is to keep everyone in the loop of the information discussed in the board meeting along with a few extra notes of interest.  

Nature’s Care Landscaping Issues-Update

  • The Board and Shannon have been working closely with the owner and management of Nature’s Care regarding the landscaping issues within the Greystone community.
  • Within the last week, there has been a considerable amount of lawn detailing, edging, weed-eating and trimming of the hedges and trees.    This work will continue.  
  •    The Board and Shannon will continue to work closely with the management of Nature’s Care to complete the remaining current landscaping issues over the next 5 weeks as well as ensuring that Nature’s Care maintains the pristine landscaping the community expects in the future.   

2023 Budget and Annual Meeting – Mark your Calendar 

  • Both the 2023 Budget Meeting and 2023 Annual Meeting will be held on October 25, registration starting 6:00 pm and budget meeting at 6:30 pm.   The annual meeting will immediately follow.
  • The meeting will be held at the 
    • Lake Mary Community Center, 140 E Wilbur Ave, Lake Mary FL 32746.  
  •    All homeowners are urged to attend the budget and annual meeting.  
  • Homeowner representation is key to the success of the annual meeting.  If you will not be able to attend the meeting, assign your proxy to one of your neighbors who will attending.

2023 Budget and Annual Meeting Information Mailout

  • Watch your mailbox for all the information you will need for the budget and annual meeting.  
  • You will receive 2 mailings. 

Rent the Clubhouse for all your Holiday gatherings

  • A reminder that the Clubhouse is available for rent for all your holiday gatherings.  
  • Rates are $175.00 for each use, with a deposit required of $150.00.
  • The deposit is refundable to residents if the club house is cleaned after your event.  

Special Assessment-Reminder

  •    If you have not already paid your special assessment, please pay as soon as possible.
  •    Late fees on the amount due started on September 15, 2022.

Next Board Meeting 

  • There is no regular board meeting in October.  

Next ARC meeting 

  • The next ARC meeting is Monday, October 17, 2022 at 6:30 pm.
  • Please have your applications submitted to Shannon by October 12, 2022.
