This is a friendly reminder that the Quarterly assessment is due on January 1, 2021. Coupon Books were mailed on November 30, 2020 so you should be receiving them in the mail this next week.

Please mail the checks with the coupon and make sure that your account number is on the check for efficient processing. You may also leave your check or money order in the white lockbox outside of the clubhouse front door as I can process checks in the clubhouse office.
