Pool Re-Opening – May 23

WE HAVE GREAT NEWS TO SHARE!

As we prepare for the long Holiday Weekend in observance of Memorial, your Board of Directors and Management has worked hard in putting together a plan and steps so that the Association pool can be open beginning tomorrow, Saturday morning at 10:00am.

In order for the pool to remain open so that you as homeowners may begin to start enjoying the amenity in the “New Norm” of everyday living the below pool rules must be followed by all.  If homeowners aren’t willing to help take ownership of this amenity and assist with self monitoring and reporting violations, the Board will have no other choice than to close the pool until further notice.

Management will be monitoring the pool randomly over the weekend, if it gets overcrowded and homeowners are not able to resolve the Sanford PD will be contacted to respond and assist with shutting down the amenity immediately.

As a little heads up, there are no tables, chairs or loungers at the pool.  Please make sure you bring your towel and a chair if you so choose to sit on the pool deck.

Listed below are the “COVID-19” Pool Rules.  These may be revised as necessary with the ever changing requirements and guidelines set forth by State, Health Department and CDC.  These rules are also attached to this email if you would like to print a copy.
