Reminder Regarding Individual Property and Roadway Safety

Greystone Management would like to give everyone a friendly reminder to all residents regarding individual properties and driving safety within the community.

Greystone is a Homeowner Association not a Condo Association meaning that each Homeowner/Resident owns the property of their unit from the street to the back property line and side to side per their property survey.

Some of the properties have walkways that are up against openings to the ponds or passages to the back of the buildings or common areas.  These walkways belong to that individual owner/resident for their use only. Please be mindful of your neighbors’ property lines as well as they should be mindful of yours.  All residents are to be respected for their privacy and should not endure any nuisance behavior, or unwanted disturbances.

In addition, pets should be kept off individually owned property and walked in common areas or kept on the pet owner’s property.

Be mindful when walking through the building areas.  When all possible only use common area access points to the ponds or other areas.  If you must pass through homes, please stay in the middle of the property lines to avoid being too close to the neighbors’ windows and doors and please do not make this access a common routine.

When driving through the property, please make sure to vigilant and take cautions. Throughout the day we have vendors and our staff driving the neighborhood in smaller vehicles who will use hand signals to alert other drivers which direction they will be traveling in.

Also, during the hours our neighborhood children are going to school or playing, please keep an eye out and use extreme caution.

With this said, Greystone Parents, please make sure to explain to your children the importance of staying on the sidewalk area and not being in the roadway.

Thank you for keeping Greystone a safe and wonderful place to live.
