This notice is to inform you of the upcoming paving project within Greystone. The project will involve milling the existing road to prepare them for resurfacing. The work is scheduled to be done in phases which are marked on the attached map. Please make sure beginning at 6pm Monday, November 6th your vehicle is not parked in the milling area designated as “Phase 1”. Any vehicle which is in the milling area will be towed.
During construction hours of the milling process vehicles will be able to move about normally. There may be temporary inconveniences if you are directly in the area which is being milled. The schedule for milling will begin at the time of arrival of the contractors on Tuesday, November 7th and will continue throughout the week. Please keep in mind that weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances could affect the schedule. Updates will be sent immediately as the project progress.
We ask that you please be vigilant and cooperative during this process to ensure timely completion and safety. There will be necessary precautions taken by our contractors to ensure the well-being of residents. With this we are asking all residents and their guests to take caution when driving through the community.
This coming week’s focus will be solely on milling and once completed the project will proceed with the paving of the roads.

Este aviso es para informarle sobre el próximo proyecto de pavimentación dentro de Greystone. El proyecto consistirá en el fresado de la carretera existente para prepararla para la repavimentación. Está previsto que los trabajos se realicen por fases y que están marcadas en el mapa adjunto. Asegúrese de que a partir de las 6 p.m. del lunes 6 de noviembre su vehículo no esté estacionado en el área de fresado designada como “Phase 1”. Cualquier vehículo que se encuentre en el área de fresado será remolcado.
Durante las horas de construcción del proceso de molienda, los vehículos podrán moverse normalmente. Puede haber inconvenientes temporales si se encuentra directamente en el área que se está moliendo. El cronograma de fresado comenzará en el momento de la llegada de los contratistas el martes 7 de noviembre y continuará durante toda la semana. Tenga en cuenta que las condiciones climáticas y las circunstancias imprevistas podrían afectar el horario. Las actualizaciones se enviarán inmediatamente a medida que avance el proyecto.
Le pedimos que esté atento y coopere durante este proceso para garantizar la finalización oportuna y la seguridad.
